Every kid in our family plans their own eighth-grade graduation trip — the moment between middle school and high school, a first small step toward adulthood. Juliette picked this one.
She loves art. She loves ice cream. (She once won a science fair on ice cream, which more or less explains the rest.) So her trip is twenty-two stops across California, each one pairing a real local art event with a real local ice cream shop — because the obvious answer to what do you want to do for two months? was both, at the same time, on purpose.
You're invited along. The tour is free — no tickets, no fundraising, no course. The T-shirt exists mostly so we can spot each other across a crowded gallery.
RSVP for any stop. Show up. Eat ice cream. Look at art. That's the whole offer.
